The Board is responsible for maintaining a solid and effective system of risk management and internal controls at Textile Bridge International and for reviewing its effectiveness and adequacy of necessary policies and procedures, helping us achieve high standards of corporate governance.

Meet our management team

Mr. Osama Fares is an accomplished Arab investor with over 30 years of experience across law, energy, electronics, automotive, and textile
industries.

He holds a law degree and is the founder of an international law firm based in London. His key ventures include:

  • Partnering with Hisense to establish a manufacturing facility in Egypt
  • Supporting Hongqi’s expansion in the Egyptian automotive market
  • Co-founding Textile Bridge International, a company focused on sustainable fashion and premium Egyptian cotton


Mr. Fares is committed to building a diversified and future-ready industrial ecosystem in the Arab region.

Khaled Elmaghawry

Group CEO of Textile Bridge International

He is focused on leveraging the Company’s global network and uniting its ecosystem partners to drive transformation and create the Supply Chain of the Future.

Prior to becoming Group CEO, Khaled worked

  1. 1993 to 1998, working in the leader Group of Garment manufacturing specialist in Exporting to US. Market handling the top Brands ( CK., PVH., Jones, Levies, VF....etc. ) , started as a pattern maker then cutting room manager, quality manager, production manager then Factory manager.
  2. 1998 to 2008, joined Jones Group NY. Handling the different Brands of the co. Like Gloria Vanderbilt, LEI, Jean star.....etc. beside the privet Label like JCP., Costco, Kohls.....etc. Among different countries ( Egypt, Jordan, China, Kenya ..etc. ), started as a QA. , QA. Manager .
  3. 2008 to 2010, Esperanto Jeans co., General manager, leading co. In making the Denim Jeans for Men & women and exporting to the Europe market , handling the top Brands like Manago, Celio, Bershka, Teddy smith, Zara..etc. )
  4. 2010 to 2017, established Link Trading Buying office, founder & managing Director, it was the official agent for many of the Brands, especially in the USA. Market like Haddad Brands including ( Levies, Nike, Converse, Nike team, Jordan for children) beside other brands like Star Ride ( Rowlings, HAWK, Hind...etc.) with handling Capacity reached to from 600 k. To one Mellion pcs. Per month.
  5. 2021 to 2024, Naturtex ( Sekem Group ) https://sekem.com/wp-content/uploads/
    2021/06/Naturetexbrochure.pdf, General Manager , unique co. In making the different products from the certified organic Egyptian cotton, handling more than 30 different sustainable Brands in 20 countries beside handling our own UTN. Brand in the American market
  6. Textile Bridge International, September 2024, CEO. & founder , TBI. Born gigantic co. As it is part of a big Group like FBB. Which has different activities like electricity cars, gas..etc. ) however own huge connections and trust with the biggest brand names, so right now we own the distributions license of Carrera Italy ( Men & women denim ) in Egypt and shear in their worldwide collection by manufacturing part in Egypt .
